Classic and Timeless Cartoon

Posted : 11 years, 8 months ago on 18 April 2013 04:18 (A review of Tom and Jerry)

Ignore the first review on this. Anyone who dislikes this show, seriously needs help. This is a classic show. A cartoon that is a classic because it's great. Every time you think for a second, children in the 40's had not entertainment. It must have been so boring for them. Well, you don't know how wrong you are, as they had stuff like this! Tom and Jerry for crying out loud, if those kids were anything, they had more than you do today.

Barbera and Hanna are geniuses. They created something so great that there isn't enough ways to appreciated it. Tom and Jerry are some of the best cartoon characters that ever existed. It's just so well done, what more can I say?

I do suggest to avoid the new version of this though, you know, when Tom and Jerry can talk??!! What the hell?! Yes, I know it's dreadful, so just avoid it for the rest of your life. And stick with the original. That's the wisest thing to do.

It's witty, funny, exciting, interesting and just all around amazing. This is what kids should be watching on their screens, instead of ghastly sit-coms or reality shows. This is a timeless show. It'll never get old, and neither will the laughs.

So I Married an Axe Murderer review

Posted : 11 years, 8 months ago on 18 April 2013 03:54 (A review of So I Married an Axe Murderer)

Am I the only one who does not think this film is that bad? I think Mike Myers has done much worse. The people who rated it a 1/10 obviously are just rating to get points, because the film is not bad at all. Of course it is not a masterpiece, don't get me wrong, but it's still pretty funny in parts, and it sure has it's moments.

If you think this is a bad film, then I highly suggest you watch Hellboy, Freddy got Fingered, Going Overboard, Anchorman, Step Brothers or Troll 2. My point being this isn't a bad film, I won't even call this a guilty pleasure mainly because it is not a bad film. I would give this film a 7/10. I could easily understand a 6, after all, everyone has different types of comedy they like.

This is an underrated film I should imagine. It's much better than The Cat in The Hat, and Love Guru, by a long shot. And how can you dislike a film with Phil Hartman, come on!!
